From the time we arrived, until the time we left, the hotel went above and beyond to make sure this trip was top-notch. The hotel concierge was everything. They made sure our transportation was set to every destination that was planned. The rooms were amazing. They were huge and clean. Breakfast was delicious!! Everything about this hotel lives up to its name. Roberta was so sweet. I really wish I could remember all the staff names, because each one of them were top notch. Even the breakfast concierge. The birthday spa was so nice, and the views were breathtaking. I give this hotel for the making this out of the country hotel experience. Also, Luigi and his team were amazing with transportation. Luigi and the hotel made transportation arrangements smooth sailing. I highly suggest staying here if you ever visit Jesolo, Italy 🇮🇹 😊
Definitely worth its 5 stars, location was fantastic - 1/2 min walk to beach and to some great restaurants and shops. Room was great, v clean and modern with a huge balcony. We only ate breakfast at the hotel - it was first class with a huge selection of high quality local produce. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. The valet parking was great! Great pool and spa area. The service in this hotel was impeccable and nothing was too difficult. I recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Every member of staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with numerous options available to a very high standard. Room had a number of complimentary items such as bath robes, slippers, flip flops, beach bag, bathroom items etc. Free safe in room. Large TV with shows in various languages. Warm plunge pool on the 6th floor terrace where you are served drinks. All in all a perfect stay. This place deserves its 5 star reviews. Italy we love you!
